Terms of Service:

By visiting our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following policies. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Shipping:


We ship all orders the same or next business day of payment. We generally ship by FedEX Ground or USPS Priority within the United States.

Backorders:

Our website syncs with our inventory database on a daily basis. There is a chance that an order may be placed in between syncs. If we are out of stock of any products, we will attempt to source it from a third party, determine an ETA, and notify you with available options, or issue a full refund.

Return Policy:

Drones may be returned to FlyCam UAV under the following conditions:
Within 14 calendar days, unopened box – Complete refund
Within 14 calendar days, opened box, but not activated/flown – Refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
All original parts must be contained in box, and inspected by a FlyCam UAV representative.
Any unit that has been activated or flown may not be returned for any reason. Customers must deal directly with manufacturer for all post sales/warranty issues.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Information:

As an authorized dealer of the brands we offer, all products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Products must be used as intended by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only. Physical damage of any kind is not covered under warranty.
FlyCam UAV recommends that you keep all original boxes and equipment in the event of a need to return the unit to the manufacturer for repair.

Privacy Policy:

We will never sell or trade buyers information nor release it to outside parties unless required to by law. We do not store customer credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed by PayPal directly through their secured website.

Legal:

Waiver of Liability: FlyCam UAV is not responsible for any damage, injury, or warranty claim that occurs with or in connection with any drone models or brands we sell. These systems require careful training and preparation to use safely. Do not use a drone if you are not properly trained or qualified. FlyCam UAV does not assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury due to the use or misuse of a drone.
Please be aware that the purchaser/operator/pilot assumes all liability and is responsible for:
1. Damages to property and persons from the equipment.
2. Improper use of the equipment.
3. Any indirect or consequential damage related to the use of a drone.
4. Ensuring proper configuration, including Wi-Fi configuration, and maintenance of the equipment.
5. Complying with all local and federal laws which may regulate the use of drone in your area.
When you order from FlyCam UAV, you agree that in no event shall FlyCam UAV and its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of their products whether sold, manufactured, rented, or serviced in any manner.
